As a dedicated advocate for sustainable design and construction, Chris’ goal is to minimize the carbon footprint of buildings by focusing on both operational and embodied carbon in all aspects of the design and construction process. With over a decade of residential and commercial construction experience in New York, Chris has seen the impact of code-minimum building practices and has made it his mission to bring the Passive House standard to the forefront.

Chris holds a B.S. in Architectural Technology from NYIT’s School of Architecture and is a LEED Green Associate. He has also received certification as a Certified Passive House Designer with the Passive House Institute (PHI) and is a Certified Passive House consultant with the Passive House Institute of the United States (PHIUS). With a strong background in construction management and team building, Chris has the skills and expertise to work collaboratively with owners, architects, engineers, and builders to ensure the successful implementation of sustainable construction practices from design to operations & maintenance.
